Bart until we see more of Kidd or see a breaking point for Bart barriers.
As it stands now Vista until we see a rematch of Zoro v Mihawk. Though Zoro in the near future if not since the TS.
Sanji, I have no proof but I believe as fast as Sanji is now he can beat the speed of sound.

Arlong, sorry people but Bellamy's a joke even now in the Colosseum. How would he beat Arlong with spring heels? He reaches in his mouth and gets his hands chomped off.
Law & Luffy
Luffy & Zoro
Kizaru, assuming Fuiji's power is only meteor's and not some type of gravity manipulation.
Cavendish until we see something from Killer, though I believe Killer will be better once he gets some demonstration time.
This could go either way depending on what skills they each know but for now I say Flamingo.

Just a personal bias towards Kidd/Basil. hehe I think it can go either way though. Kid appears to be stronger than Law/Luffy as well. I don't buy that Luffy/Law are the strongest from the supernovas (worst generation).

But hawkins is way weaker than the two. So it would up being a 75% Luffy With a 75% law Vs a 75% Kidd and a 0 % hawkins...
Kidd cant handel them both.

Lets say its Law Vs Hawkins and Luffy Vs Kidd
Law Wins faster than luffy would lose so in any case luffy would get help from law.

Totally forgot about Zoro & Drake. Drake is above Zoro and Zoro is above Hawkins/Apoo (or possibly equal if we see them fight more).
