As for the North American version of One Piece manga volume 66, the release date has not yet been announced by Viz Media. We expect it will take some time for us to get it; probably a few months to a year for the hard copy version. One Piece manga volume 62 was just released earlier in the month on May 01, 2012. The North American release date for One Piece manga volume 63 is currently July 3, 2012, while volume 64 is scheduled for September 4, 2012 and volume 65 has a tentative release date of November 6, 2012.
