The panel is saying that there are countless blades in the world that are of good quality, including spears, swords, bisentos, etc. Among the best blades are the swords and the categories it gives. Meaning that the best of the blades happen to be those swords, and there are non-sword blades that are also of high quality(such as the bisentos and spears).
