It would be too early to jump the gun, but from the first impression, they don't look that powerful, other than the Karasu guy. I think they're all 400-800 million bounty teir. Cool chapter, I like the cheer fruit. I wonder if it also work to demoralize the enemy. I also like how they didn't just beat the pirates. They raised the fighting spirits of those people and told them to stop crying and fight. That is exactly the kind of mentality I expect from revolutionaries. And of course they still offer their help to the people stand up for themselves. So that rally fruit is like the embodiment of the rev spirit.

The others are interesting too, I think the giant guy is a bit generic though. Feels like Oda tapped into a bit too much stone modifying abilities a bit too much lately though. Pica and Senor Pink come to mind and this guy has like a combination of that.

I wonder how the crow guy will fight.

Rated it a 3. Short chapter and the reveal of the RA commanders was slightly underwhelming. Betty's power seems pretty cool, I wonder what would happen if she used that on Usopp =D

And is that more recycled powers? I hope when they each get a showing (bar betty) that their powers are more unique than what's previously been shown.

Anyone else think Karasu should have already been with Dragon and co? Wasn't he at Dresrosa with Sabo. If Dragon very soon after was bringing all of them together, I just find it unlikely that Karasu is somehow with the other commanders... And why are they all going together? If they are seemingly coming from the different seas, surely they'd be arriving on their own. I get be covert and less would be more sneaky, I dunno, this is more of a little nuance but it's got me a little triggered... :/

I thought it was interesting Betty, Lindbergh and Morley all seemed to have hats and goggles similar to Sabo. At first I thought maybe they were trying to establish an outfit of sorts among the revs but now I'm hoping they're just fans of Sabo so they wore some clothes like his.

I can fully picture it, but there's a twist.... Usopp is so cowardice that he negs the devil fruit just like he did Perona's.. So everyone around him get's this uproaring buff as they charge into battle and he's just there like "NANI?? What's going on?" xD
