5/5 chapter....it was great, got big mom back to here senses, and the boat isn't destroyed. Loved that convo with Jinbei and Luffy also the last bit got me hyped. I wanna read what he will write in that newspaper

Fast chapter. The first and last page were the best though. I've been wondering whether there would be familiar faces among the New Giant Warrios Pirates. I wasn't certain if Gerth was the girl from BM's flashback, but apparently she is.

And Morgan's proclamation gave me goosebumps. It's nothing new, but hearing him say it gives it a more official connotation.

Outside that this was a rather weird turn of events. It's worrisome that Oda is making Jinbei separate already from the Strawhats after all the effort he went through to get them finally together. That's not a good forebode as either he's going to die or they're going to end up in a situation where having Jinbei would be too much of a support.

This also concludes the idea that this all was some kind of illusion or dream several people were adamant about.

If Jinbei could withstand Akainu's heat I doubt Oven's will give much issue.


OT: Oda should have let BM kill one of her kids idk why he brought him back. Glad to see though she doesn't seem to be forgiving them just because of the cake and they didn't get to escape during the feeding frenzy either.

Shocking twist, Bege will be PK he and Luffy were the only two Worst Gen here.

IIRC so far only Ichiji and Sanji managed to hurt Oven and even then didn't directly confront him but instead caught him by surprise.

Jinbei did withstand akainus heat, he held it off for a second and then got burned and then had a hole punched through him. He never once held off akainus heat

That was a good chapter, It sucks that jimbei is AGAIN the one who puts his life on the line to fix the situation. That man seriously has a death wish. I also hope we can see some of that warlord power again. I want him to go ham on some fools. Really hope he makes it out there again.

Looks like Bege is in the clear, the vips are leaving and Luffy has a path out of there now. So it seems like we're almost done with this arc. I'm interested in the politics and what this does to the status of Big Mom when the information is spread across the world.

Jinbei was younger too when he fought Ace and he fought him to a standstill. There’s no indication either that Oven is hotter than Ace’s fire. On top of he was already strong enough to be a top tier commander on Whitebeard’s ship and the goverment already offered him a position as Warlord of the seas (which he turned down) before fight Jinbei.
And like somebody else said he was able to survive a magma fist from an admiral while Oven got one-shotted by Ichiji.

Ot/ Super ready for this arc to end. I feel like oda has been teetering on the pinnacle for a minute and I’m kinda ready for things to start winding down. Plus I think everyone wants to see wano considering it’s supposed to make marineford look like a warm up
