Odd chapter. It makes no sense whatsoever in any possible scenario that the Sunny would be destroyed, so it's 99.9% certain the ship is still there, though probably battered. Yet Oda decided to end this chapter with a bullseye.

They way how they went down BM's throat was also peculiar. On one hand this felt like she was having some kind of vivid dream, in particular when she was imagining her friends she gobbled up, but on the other hand this really doesn't seem to be something imaginary.

I really didn't expect Oda to end it on a note like that.

First of all I can't imagine Sunny blowing up like that, that would be too sudden. Mad balls on Oda if he actually did that.

Technically his dream was to design and sail the Pirate King's ship. It was implied that it was Sunny but there are no guarantees. It would also be a nice opportunity to show some Franky skills to rebuild, because Franky hasn't gotten much limelight in a loooong time. We've had sunny since water 7 that's much longer than Merry. We might be due for a ship to get Luffy into the yonkou seas.

I didn’t think the chapter was all that special. The only cool thing to me was their flag all beat up somewhere. I mean sanji kinda got his win with his food. To bring her back to her worst memory in life and be Genuinely happy about it is also cool.
