Lmfao Oda is trying too hard, shoving Sanji in our faces repeatedly, even duplicating cliffhangers is not convincing anyone that this is some badass moment, it's a damn cake, especially after all that crying it's definitely not enough.

Pretty funny that Katakuri now is locked inside the Mirror world. If there will be a continuation of the fight he would probably mad as hell that he got stuck there, and that will be his heel. Or the mirror world is what saves Katakuri from Oda having to finish that fight one way or another and ensures that both Luffy and Katakuri live to see another arc.

I really like team work of the Big Mom pirates. all the chase scenes have been pretty cool how the are super in control with their abilities.

Glad the cake is done and the secret weapon is applied royally. The transportation of the cake is probably where things get hectic.

Anyways good progression chapter, not very exciting stuff.

I enjoyed the general build-up of the chapter and I'm glad the cake is finished and on its way to BM... but...

I swear Luffy isn't able to move at all when G4 times out? He certainly wasn't able to on Dressrosa. How the hell was he running about and using G3 still (albeit without Haki).

I guess because he isn't as tired as his fight with Mingo? Just seemed a little odd to me.

Other than that, great chap! I loved the cover page with all the SH's dressed as BM's crew!

That's because Luffy was already tired before he fought Mingo in fact he was weakened. Luffy was able to do the same thing in this chapter like he did in the amazon forest training. He uses G4 and loses Haki leaving him with only G2 and G3 to use for 10 minutes.
This is a good thing that Oda did this because now it debunks that assumption that Luffy "can't stand" after he uses G4.

I think he used it more on Dressrosa and was more worn out. He used it literally to the last second on DR but here he used the last bit of time to make distance, it also seemed like he threw more at DR. Not to mention he's probably(and should be) getting more efficient with it and less drawbacks the more it's used.

Yes. I love series where the stakes are so high your mc has to shed his plot armor and flee.
