Could be, I wonder if he has to be looking at the person though to see their future or if he sees an all around future? It seems like he can see a general future since he was there waiting for that guy but he could have also just happened to be up there and saw him and read his future, the time frames he covered were only a few seconds of the future so it doesn't seem like he can see stuff that will happen hours or days away. If he has to look at the person then he may not look at the right person to stop it in time.

Yeah this chapter was awesome and Luffy and Bege are neck deep in shit. I'm glad that Oda finally shows the power and influence of a yonkou. People were not taking that title serious enough on this forum.

The introduction of the underground bosses opens up yet another world in One Piece. There is so much going on right now and Luffy has set so much shit in motion by wrecking shit on Punk Hazard. That is where the brokers got introduced first and only just now we get to see the first effects. It really is done so well that all actions are not some random events that have been made up just for the sake of having another arc. But everything happening right now has an origin earlier in the story.

Katakuri looks like he escaped from a Mad Max movie. His CoO is even better than Enel's. He can see at least a couple of seconds into the future because he can predict a conversation happening. So the 5 second gap at the wedding to hit the picture and Big Mom will be protected by him. I wonder how this will be solved. And how anyone will be able to hit him.

Chapter was little bit short but damn Katakuri is a monster=D
Katakuri definitely has one of the best observation Haki + his bounty puts him over Jack.
Things will change drastically if Katakuri knows what Capone has planned -_-
Nice to see underworld brokers attending the party.
This chapter also confirms that Jinbei is new SH member.
I think Aladdin and other fishmen will help SHs escape Cake island at the end of this arc.

Man katakuri what a beast his observation Haki is through the roof and his armament Haki is nothing to glance over either able to kill a man with a jelly bean man this guy is a monster and we haven't even seen his devil fruit yet. I'm hyped up I really wholeheartedly believe katakuri vs Sanji is incoming especially since oda made both of them observation Haki specialist this is gonna be insane.
