That is Pudding, but plenty of people (myself included) thing she's hiding her extra eye behind her hair. Apart from hairstyle, the look very similar after all.

Yea it is Pudding, I got confused with the bit about the shop owner Nitro Jelly, I realize now that's the name of the thing on her shoulder. I thought it was her name, Pudding does have 3 eyes.

From the look of things at latest panels, it looks like her DF tells her the location of any person hiding. I'm confused at her DF ability.
