I enjoyed the display of manhood in this chapter, which made me respect Franky’s and especially, Senor Pink’s character, more. It was very honourable to see Pink accepting his defeat, as any true gentleman would do, after Frankly withstood his final attack (I’m still wondering how dafaq did Franky do that Lol).

Like all OP flashbacks, the flashback of Pink's past was interesting as it was very informative; it explains why Pink wears the baby outfit and also reveals where his compassionate side (that he shows occasionally) originated from.

To be honest. This conclusion was the one I was least looking forward to , but I take that back. That flashback was just beautiful. Really..Oda delivered again, how he can make such great pasts in only half a chapter. That sh!t was artistic man

Senor was one of the most retarded looking villains to me and those dumb looking characters kinda dulled the manga as a whole for me..

But this character development chapter put a 180 degrees turn to my impression of one piece.

Not too sure what to say other than weldone Oda. The first time I've ever felt that bit of excitement towards Franky, then handling Pinks change in afire so well. It's just so consistent, but I do wonder if anyone doesn't have a sad backstory.

Woooow...Oda really took a deep and dark "slide" on this one. Dayum. And I was wonderting why the hell Senor Pink became like that. He went from a slick, cool dressed man into that weirdo, but it's all explained now. Massive respect to Pink for that(And to Franky of course, though I don't know how the **** he survived that attack).
