Still unsure, since that's the first time we have ever seen her using such technique. However, it perhaps depends more on the degree of the attack she wants to deliver. If she speeds up the velocity of the wind too high, she and Rebecca may get blown away already. Possibly it's enough to deflect a straight attack from an enemy.

The farther this ark gets the more I'm drawn to the thought of Bartolomeo joining the StrawHats. Two people stood out to me during this ark, Bartolomeo and Sai of the Happo Navy. I feel they both may end up in the Straw Hats because Bartolomeo helps them out all the time, and that definitely does not go unnoticed (Jimbe on Fishman Island). As for Sai, him and Luffy going to be polar opposite of their respected Grandfather's. Since they have the past tie, I feel he may join up. Not only that but Zoro said he would remember his name.. Idk caught my attention.. They would both be a great addition to the StrawHats. But its up to Luffy....

Hakuba and Cavendish were funny, but their conversation is way dragged. In the future we could see something like Naruto vs Kurama, and Cavendish fight for control over Hakuba.
Gladius is good character, but Doflamingo pirates are going down way to fast.

That....was......AWESOME!
Yesterdays Chapter was flipping awesome. Robin is going to beat the crap out of Diamante next. I think Bartolomeo paved the way for him and Cavendish being a team now since he said, "I would hate to be teamed up with that guy." - Or something along the lines. And the Bari Bari Pistol....epic. Just epic. I really hope that Barto plays a huge part in the rest of the series, he's ready to throw his life down for luffy at any time. Just like Ace was to Whitebeard, that would be badass if Luffy made him a Sub-division of the Strawhats along with Cavendish. I think Barto though should travel with the Strawhats and Cavendish go with the Heart Pirates. Hmm...sounds good. For Luffy to have his own divisions like Whitebeard did, there's just not enough time in the series for that. I know Oda said One Piece is about 60% through, but to make divisions could take forever. Unless he rushed it of course. Either way, the new One Piece is awesome and by the time its over with, I think it will be an overall better series than Naruto. That says a lot too.

A very good chapter with a lot going on and I gotta love how Barto in this chapter he sure came out swinging(#homage).
Cdish n H-dish were interesting too though I hope we still get out of them before the arc ends. I wonder with Hakuba's speed how wld Cavendish's look and how powerful wld they b, their almagamated form might b stronger than both if they cld agree to a single course of action.

Ok, first off, I love the crazy interactions between Hakuba and Cavendish. Also, Barto's fight with Gladius was damn epic down to that punch Bart delivered to Gladius's face. Now as for Robin:
