I quite enjoyed it, he did have to put in some plot as well as epic fights, come on guys.
And we sure did see some PLOT!!!

Its cool to see Franky going all out. Ofcourse it was less cool of a chapter than last week, but we could have expected that. How could Oda top Sabo's reveal.

Cool to finally see the factory and a good explanation of Doflamingo's army. Plus we got to see Franky go all out and that Mister Pink guy seems to have an ability to swim through stones. And Riku army is at last (took way too long) on the move.
But it's about time Blok D finishes fighting already and Oda makes either Cavendish or Rebecca the winner.

I actually liked the chapter.
It summed up the hierarchy of Doflamingo's "army" and we have a better picture of what everybody will do in the future regarding the fights.
Did Senor swim through the ground? Could it be that he has an earth related DF or something that changes the structure of the material so he is able to change solid to fluid? Or maybe a combination of these two? Either way, it seems interesting.
