I actually really liked this chapter. I thought it was pretty emotional when Doflamingo forced king riku to attack people. Also I didn't know that Doflamingo could control so many people at once.

This was OK for me anytime there is a flashback chapter I loose interest. Doflamingo is a great villain though I will say that probably the best in the series.

It was very good chapter in accordance to:

- That cover page with X-Drake was hectic!!! His looks and strength look formidable. The caption suggests that he REALLY is working for Kaidou perhaps. :Omg:

- Getting to know why King RIku is hated, soo much

- That Doflamingo conned King Riku and forced King Riku to do all these stuff giving him a bad name so that Doflamingo can take the throne of Dressrosa successfully [ What a badass, Doflamingo!! ]


Questions

Other than all this, the chapter was okay. It was much needed backstory but lets move on next chapter shall we Oda?

Also, we want to see where Law v Doflamingo is at!!! & Don't forget about Sanji, Brook, Nami , Chopper and Momonosuke ?

I would also like to know what exactly was Usopp asking the toy soldier? [ was he asking, if he was the son of the king riku?? ]​

4/5, it was a really cool chapter even for flashbacks, Doffy just likes to play mind games with his opponents. I liked the fact the toy soldier ignored Usopp and told hi story as he wanted.

Before i forget, cover page=epic, Drake looks badass.

Great chapter this week too, I didn't mind that it was a flashback.
Doflamingo is bad to the bone. Even though I don't really like him, Oda has done an excellent job with developing his character.

So Monet came, or probably was sent, to the palace before Doflamingo makes an open move. I wonder what she did. Probably she gathered information for DD, that's how he succeed to take over the country in 1 night and he let her die like she was nothing...
This chapter also explained how Riku still has so many loyal soldiers, they suffered the same from DD.
Drake looked good on the cover

Boss cover page! Wonder what the hell is going on. Did Drake become Kaido's clean-up guy or what? Anyway he looks like a pretty OP mofo, casually dragging Caribou away... Didn't really care for the chapter itself but it was probably necessary to show what happened.

Interesting to see Drake make a return in a cover story. Although we all predicted the dinosaur was most likely Drake. Could he have a cover story now?

Sadly we only got a little action here. I hope that Rebecca will stab Logan as a last resort.

Well we got a bit more on Monet and where she came from. Monet is being brought up again. Very interesting. Proving this most probably has some relevance:

King Riku is such a great man! I want Doflamingo to die that much faster now (although his villainy is fantastic!). Interesting to see how he is considered to have gone Berserk. But I wonder why he didn't just say that Pirates want to invade unless he pays a massive ransom; quite bizarre actually. I guess he feared Doflamingo killing him.

I need more details on what Monet was doing in Dressrosa 10 years ago. I hope Oda tells us soon.
