Chinjao and Luffy somehow used CoC in their attacks? A clash of CoC?

Half and half of Luffy vs Chinjao and Doflamingo vs Law vs Fujitora
718:
The conclusion of Luffy vs Chinjao and the Tontottans scouting legion team up with Zoro to save the Sunny and defeat the Donquixote pirates occupying it.
719 , 720 , 721 and 722 :
The aftermath of the C block battle and The start of D block. Then Sanji and Violet go as a tag team to the Sunny to find the rest of the crew and the Tontottans. The battle is now the Strawhats+Law+The Tontottans vs Doflamingo vs Fujitora. The first side leaves and rescues Law , the battle is now just Fujitora vs Doflamingo and Caeser. CP0 encounter the Strawhats with Law and Violet , Usopp leads 800 Tontottans and they beat the CP0 members. Violet pledges to join the crew.
The last panels are of Rebecca and Cavendish in a 1v1 on equal terms thus far. Frankly and Sol reach the factory's front door.

We see Kaidou; angered by the Chinjao families defeat as they failed to obtain the fruit. We learn their true goal was to stop Blackbeard obtaining the devil fruit power. We learn that the Happou navy is an alias for his crew so that he can operate freely in the underworld brokers. The second half is the conclusion to Doflamingo and Caeser vs Fujitora as he captures them both. And finally we see Cavendish defeat Rebecca by a slim margin.

Bellamy takes the spot light and he is killed by Diamanté after his refusal.
The factory is breached and Kanjuurou is inside. Now Kinemon also arrives. The Strawhats , violet and Law are on their way and complete the retrieval. All that is left is The latter part of the Tournament.
725 and 726:
Burgess vs Señor Pink = Burgess wins Low difficulty
Bartolomeo vs Dellinger = Bartolomeo wins mid difficulty
Luffy vs Lao G = Luffy wins low difficulty
Cavendish vs Machvise = Cavendish wins mid difficulty
727:
Bartolomeo vs Cavendish ( whole chapter bar two pages) = Bartolomeo wins by a slim margin. While Cavendish is unconscious Barto relentlessly continues to attack Cavendish.
The last two pages are of Fujitora escorting Doflamingo and Caeser to Impel Down. He talks to Sakuzaki who sends green bull to Dressrosa to clean things up. We see his/her silhouette. Luffy and Laws crew now have new bounties but we don't see them.

All this talk about level 6 prisioners. Weren't there 100 escapees from level 6, besides the ones Jean named and the ones Blackbeard recruited, which were the same escapees who got their hearts stolen by law, and are currently frozen in Punk Hazard?
