wonder where is captain buggy i miss him soo much ......... and i hate recent filler arc in anime ..where luffy says zoro is equal to vice admiral but what i thought was he can take on an admiral ....those who make fillers have lost mind

Buggy should currently be a Shichibukai >.> not yet clearly stated, but there is actually a very high chance he is one.

And it's not really a filler arc as it's related to the latest OP movie. Don't know anything about Luffy saying that Zoro is VC level as I haven't seen the latest episode yet, however if he did, then that's a reasonable compliment. If you were expecting him to be on the same level of an admiral already, then you are severely underestimating the strength and status of an admiral. For the record an admiral is on the same level as a yonkou. Expecting that Zoro and/or Luffy has achieved such a caliber is over the top. It's true that Zoro probably will fair a lot better against an admiral then before the timeskip, but that's still something different than actually be of the same level.

Btw Oda is often involved in the filler arcs.
