[Theory] One piece Manga chapter 1017 THEORY

we always thought WG always wanted Luffy to die becuz he was a D...but in today's chapter 1017 it appears there's another reason why WG hated luffy even more and wanted him to die..

it's becuz Luffy ate gomo gomo evil fruit!!!!!!!...

Luffy now is teh biggest threat for WG and imo sama!!!!...

but why????...

THEORY :

becuz gomo gomo was eaten by joyboy...

shanks felt like he was incarnation of joyboy...that's why he possessed gomo gomo devil fruit and wanted to eat it..But fate chosen luffy to be teh one who eat it...

shanks then smiles and knew that fate chosen luffy to be teh child of destiny who will save one piece verse from big calamity threatning teh earth..

but now biggest kestion that asks itself is : 12 years ago when shank had gomo gomo fruit what if he wanted to give it to someone instead of eating it himself????..

what if shanks wnated to give it to 5 elders in exchange of something...or what if he wanted another character to eat it...


story of one piece is getting interesting...and i feel like manga is heading toward its end ...

Oda did add small plot regarding Gomu Gomu no mi in this chapter. I like it but we won't going to see the big reveal till we see Shanks again in future arcs.

Only thing that makes no sense is why Who's who was imprisoned.

I mean G5 messed up n Smoker kept his rank in PH.
Fujitora messed up, he kept his rank in Dressrosa.
CP9 messed up during Ennies Lobby n they got promoted,
Magellan messed up in Impel down got only a demotion,
And this guy was thrown in a prison lol.

I am seriously getting the vibes that Roger was previous Gomu Gomu no mi user n Shanks only stole it so that he can gift it to Ace.

Also where's Roger's Grave in OPverse? It's definitely kept secret which could mean that only WG n Marines will have access to the df that Roger had. You know DF most prolly spawns close to it's dead user as shown in WB's as well as Shinkonuni's case.

First being Kaido's Dragon DF which they tried to imitate but failed.

Second being Gomu Gomu no mi.

And lastly Bonnie's fruit. Remember Akainu n Bonnie

Also the WG obviously doesn't care that much about D's or why would they employ Saul and Garp.
