[Discussion] One Piece live action film

I don't believe for a second that Japan's most popular manga, which has a very strict policy on fake merchandise. Would give permission to three Italian artsy fartsy teenagers who want to make a 'live action movie' with a budget that doesn't even buy you a decent house in Europe. After all the crash and burn movies we've already seen: Dragonball and Avatar.

Funfact their total budget for a live action movie is €150.000 for 40 minutes and it takes $150.000 to make 20 minutes of 1 anime episode of One Piece. Good luck guys XD

They better use that money they raise to pay the lawyers

In seven days they raised 100 euro, they have 50 more days to go, it's doubtfull a measley 6-700 euro will cover for the lawyers it if they keep on being foolish, also isn't that stealing , people are giving money and they expect something in return which obviously will never make it to reality, than again only fools would fund this

The worst movie ever is Birdemic. If anyone can tell me another movie they think is worse than Birdemic, then I will be very impressed.

OT: I don't read OP and I can tell that is going to be bad.

OT: It has a chance(albeit slim) to do well. There have been a few successful fan adaptations like Machinimas Mortal Kombat series and BeanDip's Deadpool movie "A Typical Tuesday" As for everyone crying about the guy saying Laffy not Luffy, it's called copyrights geniuses, they're not going to try to make a movie and use characters they can't afford to pay the rights for so they change their names(on a side note though they did have terrible accents that made the voices cringe worthy)
