I am open to this idea as it sounds interesting but this is most probably fake.... Also I think all Gorosei have D in their names so I'm doubtful whether this is possible.... =D =D

Anyways.... If Sanji is indeed that Gorosei's son and that Gorosei has a little bit of feeling for Sanji then it might be possible that he purposely replaced Sanji's face with Duval's in Sanji's wanted poster or maybe he didn't want anyone to recognize Sanji as his son in case Sanji looks just like he looked in his youth.... And a flirt like Sanji being the son of a man who has two illegitimate sons is quite possible.... Only Sanji was taught by his mother to have chivalry.... =D =D

People saying it's fake don't know just as we don't know if it's real. This happened a couple chapters(720) ago as well and all of the reveals including bartholomew being Luffy's super fan from Logue Town turned out to be true and it was a very similar posting so there's actually pretty reasonable to believe it. When you left it blank I had a feeling it would be a World Noble family then you showed the Flamingo picture and now I buy it even more honestly.

I actually like this idea. Sanji being born of royal blood sounds good. Since I always hoped his opponent in the 'Promised War' would be one of the Gorosei.

The fact that he decides not to say Sanji's last name makes it so fake. I really like this idea though because Oda has kept Sanji's last name hidden for so long.

Maybe he didn't want to spoil it entirely? It's the same reason as to why chapter spoilers are so brief.
