When One Piece: Kaizoku Musou (PS3) was first announced via Shonen Jump, it was revealed the game would be at the Tokyo Game Show (TGS) in the format of a video on September 17 and 18 (Saturday and Sunday). However, new information via Namco Bandai Games TGS 2011 website reveals One Piece: Kaizoku Musou to be making an appearance in the form of two different presentations on Thursday, September 15 and then again on Saturday, September 17.
On Thursday, the first day of the Tokyo Game Show, Namco Bandai’s program lists a press conference to announce the game. This press conference is scheduled to last 30 minutes and lead by producers of the game. Then on Saturday, Namco Bandai’s program mentions they and Tecmo Koei staff will be joined by One Piece voice actors Kappei Yamaguchi (Usopp) and Kazuki Yao (Franky) to present One Piece: Kaizoku Musou along with One Piece: Gigant Battle 2 (DS) for about 45 minutes. Thursdays presentation is for businesses and media outlets only, while Saturday is for fans and the general public.
We have to wonder, which day will we get the video Shonen Jump mentioned? And what will happen on Sunday the 18th? Was it just misinformation or is there something actually planned? Looks like only time will tell what goodies TGS 2011 will bring to us fans for One Piece: Kaizoku Musou!
