Post time skip Luffy was shown dodging light beams shot by pacificts which travel at the speed of light. Reportedly saying "to slow" Luffy effortlessly dodged something at the speed of light. Since then luffy has gotten faster. They're are people even faster then luffy also.

Showing that one piece characters can dodge any attacks.

DBZ characters are faster then sound and light. They travel faster then instant

the lasers arn't actually moving at the speed of light and i don't think kizaru can either. moving at the speed of light means you can travel around the world 7.5 times in a second which no one in one piece can do.

the lasers are not faster than light nor are they as fast as light. kizaru isn't as fast as light either even though he has light powers as ironic as that is
