There are way beter anime/manga than one piece and naruto

like:

Tenjo tenge (anime)

Attack on titan (anime)

Elfen lied anime

Gto anime/manga

cowboy bepop

chobits

Better than ONE PIECE? If there is one of these you listed to be better than ONE PIECE, it's GTO.

The rest:
- Tenjo Tenge: Boobs and most the episodes wasted on flashback instead of focusing on the main character.
- Attack on Titans: Didn't watch the anime yet, but I read its manga, so I'll pass.
- Elfen Lied: Boobs, hands, cuts, flesh, blood and sucky ending.
- GTO: The best thing ever to happen next to ONE PIECE.
- Cowboy Bepop: Didn't watch it, but I can't be certain it's better than ONE PIECE.
- Chobits: Not that good from my point of view. A sort of robot/cyborg girl. meh

ya hell no tejo tenge difnetly not. and do you really mean the chobits abour pasokons coz then hell no to the max, unless u r...... trolling, maybe trinity blood, imortal blade wld b better to mention as better than op but .they aren't though they r better than chobits an is it really a seinen cld b josei. if u think it is better than op for sure then thats k coz its only yo opinion.

what?!?! the others made me lol to.. but this , Elfen Lied is garbage , a girl who had her puppy killed decides to slaughter everyone she encounters (innocent or not ) in the most gruesome ways possible..thats elfen Lied for you ..hahaha
