One Piece is by far the best manga series in terms of quality out of any series with over 100 chapters.

There are some such as Shingeki no Kyojin which have better quality. But the substantial amount of great content makes One Piece #1

Dude about 20 characters from One Piece can shit all over Madara. They would kill him before he could cast the genjutsu with low difficulty. One Piece is poor for about 50 chapters : Then it gets better , and better , and better , and better , and better , and better pushing the limits of perfection.

I think you're pushing it. OP is my favourite with Berserk, but "by far better" than any manga with over 100 chapters is fanboying.

OT- Yeah, One Piece is really awesome! The only two battle manga I really love are Toriko & One Piece

It is better than any current ongoing manga. And I haven't read berserk ; I watched three episodes but mehh. I didn't really like it. I'm not fanboying ; if Shingeki no Kyojin was weekly and had over 100 chapters there would be a contest between the two. One Piece has by far the best forshadowing and likable characters as well as the perfect number of plot twists and information hidden from us to make us WANT to read more ; it has good flashbacks which are non-existant in most other manga. My point is simply my opinion. However I don't fanboy ; I fanboy over nothing. I simply rate it higher than the likes of Naruto,Bleach,Yu Yu Hakusho(only just) and DBZ etc. etc.
