None of the ones who said naruto was better than one piece had a single piece of valid argument or anything to support their cause.

Manga sales:
One piece has more manga sales than any manga in the history of mangas, yes more than dbz too. One piece manga sales has beaten all sales records in japan when it comes to books.

All of ya'll saying: Naruto has more viewers, so its better.. Utter and complete bullshit.
Even if a series is more popular than another one, it says nothing about which one is better. It's the ratings that count.

One Piece does not only have more sales, it also beats Naruto in rating when it comes to both Manga and Anime. Check page 10 with the numbers I posted there.
Rating is what determines if a series is good, and One Piece has better ratings than Naruto and thus One Piece >> Naruto.

Um mate rating is the same thing as sales, you didnt think about my example between Ford and Bugatti properly, just because it is watched by or loved by everyone then that doesnt necesarily mean its better. At the end of the day a lot of people love One Piece because its their personal taste, Justin Bieber has excellent ratings in music, are you gonna agree with that too? Fair enough if you do because thats your taste.

Its the exact opposite situation when it comes to One Piece. In the western world, the Naruto anime is the more popular one, it is the one that most people watch, but people still rate One Piece better than Naruto, which means that One Piece is better.

I have watched all the episodes and read all the chapters of both anime and I can proudly say that OP is alot better than Naruto and is even getting better and better (that doesn't mean I don't like Naruto).

I hated OP too when I watched the first episodes... Drawing s*cked, I didn't get the storyline very good, ""rubber" man? wth?", etc. but the difference between we normal ppl and you Narutards is that we keep watching until the epic parts and until then we don't whine on the forums...

He has more sales, but he still doesn't have better ratings than other singers.
Justin Bieber has more sales than Nirvana for example, but Nirvanas rating is MUCH better.
Same with Naruto and One Piece.
Naruto has more views than One Piece, but One Piece's ratings is much better. And manga sales in Japan too. So One Piece wins on both accounts.

Why would so many people rate it 5 stars when they dont think is good, while many people only rate Naruto 4 stars? It says One Piece is a 5 star series, while Naruto is only 4 stars rating.

The answer is both yes and no.
The amount of viewers doesn´t necessarily mean he is a talented singer, you are a talented singer when you are recognized by alot of people as that.

Alot of the viewer can be haters and we know that Justin Bieber has alot of haters.
With that said, the amount of viewers increase the chance of you being aknowledged by alot of people.

However, that is music, this is manga.

To a mangaka, the amount of readers = amount of fans and one piece having lots of it, oda is considered the top mangaka in the world.
