One piece foxy pirates arc

So I'm watching One Piece and really want to get to water 7 arc, do I need to watch the foxy pirates arc?

so these are the filler episodes which I wont watch:
Episode 196 - 206
Episode 213 - 216
Episode 220 - 225

Do I need to watch the episodes in between? Is there anything important that happens?

A cool fight happens between Foxy and Luffy. There is also pretty fun challenges but you don't have to watch foxy pirates arc and you can skip to water 7. One Piece gets really good in the Water 7 arc. :y

You should watch it though, it's not filler like actual anime filler, this one actually happened in the manga. Oda has a good job of making every single arc relevant to the plot, so if you skipped that one you might miss out on something. Plus it was a pretty good arc imo.
