One Piece Film Z canon?

This is something that has been bothering me since the movie was announced. I mean we all heard that Oda would be overseeing the film like he did with Strong World, but since he's not really the director is this movie still gonna be canon or not?

I have no clue...It probably follows right with Strong World...though part of me doesn't want it to...only because Robin is dressed like a complet tramp -.- She needs some damn pants

She is supposed to be the classy one!!!! LOL

So if you consider Strong World canon then I'd say you can count this one if Oda is overseeing things!
