I wouldn't. That's not filler and the characters (Foxy) will be relevant later on.

There are whole arcs that are filler.

G8 is one of my all time fav favorite filler arcs... It's funny, no mindless dragging and painful pacing crap (hint: Apis), nicely executed.
I also like the mini Boss Luffy arc. There're like 2 or 3 episodes.

If you truly like one piece i'd recommend you'd ALL watch them as they are watchable. Especially the G8 arc, is a wonderful filler arc because later on when you are caught up you will wish you gad mire content to go through and i dont think you would like to go back watch pre-timeskip episodes when you're used to their post timeskip looks

This said, id definitely skip the foxy pirate & foxy pirates return arc, they are not watchable because they are just annoying and soo stupid

Oh yeah... I missed that one (336). It's good.

While I'm not a big fan of the waterfall fillers (283+ is it?), since they're basically recaps... But I absolutely LOVE the Mugiwara Theater (omake-esque) segments in the end of those episodes (Report time, Obahan time etc.). Especially the

You didn't like Afro Luffy? It was pure gold... And most of the games were really funny (again, I watched that arc in the English dub). Granted that the return of Foxy was utterly pointless but they got blasted off soon enough. And a good number of episodes were canon.

The fillers that I simply can't tolerate are Memory Loss and the Apis arc [mixed canon (the calm belt part) and filler].
Memory loss arc was so utterly pointless, the animation was shitty for the most part... The whole 'who are we?' thing got old real quick.

Post Enies Lobby arc fillers are average. Neither good nor too bad.
As for the Ice Hunter arc, if you are completely out of episodes and desperate to watch some One Piece then you can watch it but it's pretty average, if not slightly boring.
