Tremer
Dark Fruits?

We don't know how it works. It might require the person you steal from to be dead....so Blackbeard can't help him if he's dead lol! Besides there is no way Blackbeard would ever consider it! Also we don't know if there is a maximum of two powers or not...

But if it were possible then yes Luffy could theoretically possess all three devil fruit abilities!
