Why would anyone want to capture luffy or law for only 300,000 beli when their bounties are more money for the world gov. I get that it is also to end the birdcage but still. Also why would anyone even believe mingos word he just killed a bunch of people. so what would make you think hes actually going to pay you and not kill you along with everyone else in derossa if they could even catch everyone
