One Piece Days

We all know the holy Naruto days of the week: Wednesday and Thursday. Thursday being slightly less holy.
Now that I've finally caught up to the anime and read the rest of the chapters, what are the days of the week designated to One Piece's anime and manga?

Manga, I keep up with its latest every Wednesday.

As for the anime. Whether it comes on Saturday or Sunday, I don't watch it at streaming sites. I always wait for fansubs' releases.
