My answer is No. Duh, it was obvious. Caesar was just playing around Brownbeard, acted like he was the victim and need for help when Brownbeard was in rampage before his subordinates' eyes. Caesar could even vacuum out the oxygen and caused Brownbeard to die due to the lack of it. Low-diff. Or perhaps Neg-diff.
