What would your best plot twist in OP be?

On top of my head, not in order:

1. Klahadore turns out to be the pirate
2. Miss Wednesday turns out to be princess of Alabasta.
3. The Knight of the Sky, Gan Fall was the former God.
4. Lucci, Kaku, Kalifa, and Blueno are CP9 agents.
5. Kokoro is mermaid.
6. Luffy's grandfather and father are reveald
7. Ace is Roger's son.
8. Luffy and Ace aren't blood brothers.
9. Third Brother
10. The blind man at the bar is revealed to be an admiral in the Marines.
11. Sabo is still alive.

Ace being Roger's son was pretty big for me.

Sabo being alive isn't much of a plot-twist since it was hinted that he was alive. It was more of a shock that he was introduced this early on. Someone could of easily predicted that Sabo would be introduced during the Dressrosa arc by seeing that Ace was introduced during the Alabasta arc. The biggest plot twist to me was the Lucci, Kaku, Kalifa & Blueno being CP9 agents, I f*cking loved it.

This. It seemed inevitable that Luffy would rescue Ace, especially after a full scale war had been waged to rescue him. It was very Un-Oda like to kill a major character. At that time of course. We had no way of knowing there was a TS approaching.

I'm genuinely surprised no one said Ace dying before me. I measure the quality of a plot twist by shock factor(Fight Club will always have the best plot twist to me for this reason), and no plot twist in OP was as shocking as Ace's death.

Yeah it is surprising that no one said it. And so far Ace's death (to me anyway) is by far the biggest twist.
Some of the 'twists' mentioned don't even qualify.
When Dragon and Garp are introduced, thieir relation to Luffy is revealed too. And their actual significance is slowly unveiled too as the story goes on. Sabo was hinted to be alive and I'm sure many picked up on it. It was only a matter of time.
Fujitora also revealed his equation of Luffy, a pirate. It was only about how high up he is. And his powers quite OP when he first used them so it wasn't a big surprise.
Vivi's real identity was revealed quite quickly too. But we didn't know about Alabasta then.
And so on.
Fight Club was one hell of a movie.

OT: I read one piece all at once up untill fishman Island so reading it all at once the biggest surprise was the fact nami was already a pirate that shocked the shit outta me.
After that I was prepared for anything.
