Trebol looks quite strong. Does any one else find Robin's voice kinda weird? Especially when she was talking to Trebol lol

Is it just me or did Doflamingo's voice actor change ever since this:

Like literally, when we first saw him in this above clip and on marejois on a meeting he had the same voice. But then in marineford he had another and now 2 yrs later , his voice sounds different again. Whats up with that arara?
