You did fix it a little bit. But for Marines that would fall under the allegiance category same with pirate.

And classes would be like Marksman, Navigator, Swordsman, Helmsman, and Shipwright. Stuff like that for example.

The devil fruits would fall under the Devil fruit category if your character choose to have one.
