Man this chapter was pretty crazy. I kind of expected Sanji to be royalty so that wasn't anything new. What did surprise me was how Pekoms was just offed by Capone. Did not see that coming. Cant believe Capone has a 3 billion berry bounty. I'm kinda hoping that was a mistranslation though. I heard it should read 300 million which would be way more reasonable. I mean it was only a couple chapters ago that we were introduced to jack with his 1 billion berry and it would be kind of pointless to start flooding the manga with other people with these ridiculously high bounties.
Ceaser kind of stepped up a bit. I know he was only worried about his own life but I felt he showed up in front of Capone because a little piece inside him was worried about everyone else. I hope this is the start of him becoming a Straw Hat. I hope this whole Sanji fiasco gets settled fairly quickly and Sanji and Ceaser can return to the crew. I don't know how id feel if they were gone for an extended period of time. But I'm sure that a soon as Luffy finds out he's going to rush to Sanji's aid.
Seriously hoping Ceaser has a moment of redemption and joins the straw hats. He'd fit so well. He'd be the first logia in the crew, he'd be invaluable with the coming up Kiado war and the gas bombs, He'd make for great comedic relief. He's not strong enough to outshine the top 3 (Sanji, Luffy, Zoro) and he'd really help in making new stuff for everyone. Maybe a new tool for Nami's weather rod??? that would be cool.
So what did you guys think of the new chapter?
