It looked normal to me. I'm new to the manga so i'm not 100% though.

Some panels seemed so gritty or sketchy.
Especially where Dragon takes Sabo out of the water.
It's just not something I'm used to see. Maybe it fits the revolutionaries theme? or it was just the moment

Well it is not clearly shown in manga whether it is crow or not and also nobody states that too.

I swear in the ms and mp translation something different was written. I got thE impression that sabo was giving out his own vivre card.
