三分の一の部下は島からでてこの事を報告しに行けと言う。船は盗めと。スモやんは島の黒幕を暴 くと言う。
裏切り者と言われていた男はJOKER シーザーが誰かと電話し、殺しの許可が出たと言う。 麦わらでもG 5でも、狐火の錦えもんでも死んだら近海での事故にしてくれるそうだ。
シーザーは捕まえられる奴は捕まえてこい。相手は4億だから無理するなと言う。モネが金額以上 の実力かもね と注意を促す。
茶ひげの部下がシーザー茶ひげは掴まった助けてくれとお願いする。先に部下を新しい薬で直すと 言うシーザー 。
ウソップが入れ替わった一味を把握するため各自にお面を作った。
茶ひげはローが助けに来るからと言い口を開く。

ホーキンスに両足を奪われ海賊をできなくなりたどり着いたのがPH。ここは一部の囚人が連れて こられ人体実 験されていた。4年前の爆発で政府は囚人を置き去りにして島を封鎖してしまった。
残った囚人も神経ガスのせいで下半身の自由を奪われたがシーザーに出会い部下として受け入れら れた。シーザ ーは救いの神だと言う。ローが数か月前島に来て改造をしてもらいケンタウロスになったらしい。
ドラゴンは狂暴だから出会ったら逃げた方が良いと言う茶ひげ。ゾロは分かったと言う(食ったけ ど・・・・・ )茶ひげは麦わら達も実験体になると言う。
シーザーはさっきの部下に薬を使うも爆発して失敗。4年前の事件も実はシーザー。
元政府の科学者 懸賞金3億 ガスガスの実の能力者
誰が世界一の科学者か思い知らせてやると言うシーザー。
スモやんはシーザーを止めないと危険だと言う。

There may be a traitor in G5 says someone but Smo-yan denies that.

He tells them that a third of them should get out of the island and report all of what happened.
Steal a ship, he says. Smo-yan says he's going to find out what's really happening here.
The traitor is JOKER. Caesar is talking to someone else and said that he just got the permission to kill.
The Strawhats, the G5, whoever it is it will be reported as a coastal accident.
Caesar says to capture whomever is capturable, but because the opponent is a 4 hundred million beri's don't push yourself. Monet says his abilities might be higher than the listed bounty.
Brownbeard's subordinates says to Caesar that Brownbeard has been captured, please help him they beg. Caesar says that he will first give the subordinates a new medicine to heal them.
To help figure out who's who, Ussop has made a mask for each one.
Brownbeard says that Law will come to help him and then opens his mouth.
The rookies in strawhat's generation is considered the absolute worst generation by the world. Hawkins is the one who has defeated the Brownbeard's pirates.
Brownbeard has lost both legs to Hawkins and couldn't continue as a pirate and ended up in PH. PH is where some of the prisoners get sent to for human experiments. Because of the huge blast 4 years ago, the governments has deserted the prisoners here and blockaded the island.
The prisoners who were left behind lost their ability to use their lower body because of the nerve gas, but have met Caesar who have embraced them as his subordinates. They call him the god of saviour. Law has come to the island a few months ago and have modified their body to be Centaurs. Brownbeard says that the dragon is brutal/atrocious. If you meet him, you better run away. Zoro says ok (though he thinks....but I've ate it already....). Brownbeard says that the Strawhats will also be used for human experiments.
Caesar gave the new drug to the subordinate he was last speaking to, but it has exploded and failed. The incident that occurred 4 years ago was also Caesar.

Smo-yan says that Caesar is dangerous and must be stopped.t
