One of the worst villains

She is a fairly good villian, using a variety of attacks instead of being a one trick pony

I don't think she is bad, it's just that she needs to act more cruel and not hold back...and also that black zetsu just comes in the way... but i still miss Maddy...i just have my fingers crossed and hoping he does return...

She just needs to show more personality,so far Kaguya has been underwhelming in that regard.

Anyway the best villains are Orochimaru and Pain.

Orochimaru is the best, in my opinion. Unlike everyone else, he had that scare factor, that didn't show up through sheer power alone, but intellect and strategy.
