A Water Devil Fruit would be one of the strongest abilities in the whole OP world.. for the exact reasons I wrote in my original post.

Ye, i'm pretty sure it's only sea water that neutralizes them. It would still cause so many complications. Like DF users can't swim? Wouldn't the idiot who ate the fruit end up killing themselves?
And sorry, I meant FK for Fishman Karate. FI is pretty much already what it would be like if somebody ate a water based DF.
