The Gaiden was based on her perspective. She was basically the main character of Gaiden. Naruto and Sasuke were just the plot device. It was Sarada's mommy/daddy issues that were the main plot of Gaiden. What we saw is how she finally understood the meaning of her parents relationship. So yes we did see something about her.

I'm talking about Mirai. Not Sarada. Although I also would very much like Sarada to be the main character.

I don't mean he has all the spotlight. I mean he is the only legitment new gen character who can easily take Naruto's and Sasuke's spot without making it boring.
I think Sarada has a fair chance of doing the same.

@Indra F*ck it, you win lol
I suspect Bolt won't be the strongest next generation kid soon enough.

Though I think he will still claim the most Prodigious of his generation via Manga feats alone (Rasengan variant and such). We'll see.

I'm sticking with Sarada based on what we've seen and was informed of from Boruto: Naruto the Movie and Gaiden.
I sure as hell don't care what anyone other than Kishi does with the new generation, so I suppose as far as canon is concerned, Boruto: Naruto the Movie and Gaiden are all I will ever know of Boruto and his peers :/

Well you also have the upcoming manga series, but it's not written by Kishimoto ... so who knows what really will happen.

Not if Kishi is doing it.

With what feats?

Yet I don't see how any of this is enough to defeat Boruto, and mind you, Sarada has a one tomoe Sharingan.

Boruto overpowers her in CQC with shadow clones, and the Sharingan won't help her out considering VOTE2 showcased how effective the Sharingan is against shadow clones, mind you that was a 3T Sharingan, and Sasuke is faster than base Naruto. Boruto and Sarada aren't on a scale when it comes to speed, for the lack of feats there are.

I don't disagree with you here.

Boruto > Sarada > Shikidai

Alright...

I. Sarada is equal to Part 2 Sakura before the Sasori fight
II. Shikidai isn't stronger than Hidan Shikamaru, plus, Shikamaru's intelligence feats blow him out of the water.
III. Boruto isn't stronger than VOTE Naruto, none of them are.

I. Boruto figured out how to beat Yurui, but used the KOTE to defeat him instead after he cracked under pressure of Naruto watching him.

II. Shikidai gets stammered by post-Boruto with the full sized Vanishing Rasengan

The kid already pressured Shikidai into using his expanding shadow technique:

Bolt allowed his shadow clones to be tagged into shikidai's shadow possession technique, which allowed another Boruto to hop off of the clone, and come towards Shikidai with CQC. Pure strategy. Shikidai countered it by tagging them all with the expanding shadow technique. If it wasn't for that, Bolt would of won the match.

Let it be known that Boruto only used one technique in that match, and had counters for all of his moves until that new ability came out. But apparently Boruto's Rasengan won't turn the tides? Especially when Shikidai won't see it coming, and it's as powerful as a regular Rasengan considering Boruto increased the size before the Credits :lol

Sarada has speed feats equal to Sakura's Gaiden Speed, seeing as she reached the Shins before her, while dodging a blade.

If I am not mistaken, there is a one Tomoe and a two Tomoe for Sarada. Her eyes have discrepancy.

Her CES alone makes it very stupid to try to CQC with her, one ground punch at close range is the end of Boruto, as well as his shadow clones, his only hope would be Vanishing Rasengan, which Sarada has intel on, and could evade. Her Shurikenjutsu has also been noted to be superior to Borutos.
Sarada clocks out as very slightly superior to him, due to having the Chakra Control to keep up with him for hours, and the ability to outclass him in CQC.

Shikadai is super impressive. He has shown rudimentary skills with CQC, though easily outclassed by Boruto. I'll put it this way.

In a closed setting, Shikadai wins, due to being able to fill the battlefield. In an open battlefield, Boruto wins.

So in the case of a Chunin Exam.

Sarada beats Shikadai and Boruto.
There is not enough space to continuously run from her devastating Shanaroo, and if they could evade her, it's a game of cat and mouse until she catches them, seeing as she can also heal herself with the mystical Palm.
Counter To Expanding Shadow: Destroy The Area, fracturing Shadows, and unbalancing Shikadai. (It is questionable off he could even stretch the jutsu, seeing as broken ground would result in a bigger surface area needing to be covered)
Counter to Vanishing Rasengan: If she doesn't already see the buildup with her Sharingan, she will see him throw it. Sarada has the speed to evade it, or at least block it. She can heal from the grape Rasengan, and nothing suggests he can throw a full Rasengan, similar to how Wind Style: Rasengan came before Rasenshuriken.

Shikadai has no counter to CES, but, he has immense control over closed battles. He has to evade both Boruto and Sarada though. He cannot combat them under any circumstances. Therefore, he loses to both in the post credits, or narrowly stalemates with Boruto.

And Sarada without Sharingan is equal to Early Part Two Sakura. With it active, she equals Sasori Fight Sakura, as she can perceive things and evade them much like Sakura with puppet strings.

Shikadai loses out on the intelligence, but gains in chakra in stamina, so I'd give it to him. Or more like SRA Shikamaru.

Boruto is probably about KNO VOTE Naruto level.

Even more, even if you attribute Yurui's loss to pressure (Which his Shuriken wouldn't have been able to hit, seeing as Sarada, who has superior Shurikenjutsu, couldn't believe something could bend like that), what about the genin at capture the flag?

Boruto has a consistent bad track record at dealing with Shinobi who are equal to him in brute force, Because of his arrogance, and lack of heavy firepower.
