SHE CAN WAS AWAY ANYTHING! Even Strength!
Why this is haxed should be self explanatory. She can make you unable to hold weapons and sap your strength. She could wash away pain and speed or velocity. She could wash away the energy of bullets speeding at her. Or fist for that matter.

Washing away anything is haxxed as hell. Not to mention her soap is hard enough to protect against lighting so yea.

But any logia (If haki isnt factored in) is better than all those fruits. Even white beard's fruit. Wb was a noob at one point with the Gura gura. Just because its earthquaky doesn't make it good.
If there is no haki none of those abilitys could ever hurt the opponent (Logia in this case)

Its just a barrier.. Not that impressive. Base off of what we have seen its not something to run home about. I would take asura mode over bari bari no mi. Or even some zoan fruits.

Bartolomeo has pretty much no impressive fighting abilities without his DF. So it comes down to DF vs DF. Unless you believe Kalifa beats Bart, then his DF has to be superior since he cant do anything without it.

... Dude... This isn't a versus thread. Kalifa's DF has so much more potential than Barts Bari bari. And if she soru'd behind him and used Relax hour to drain away his strength which she can do. GG.

Barto is overall unimpressive.
