Actually read half of it just to humor you. Fact is, Kisame had no idea what Madara looked like. So Obito simply convinced Kisame he was Madara, nothing complicated. Kisame then associated Obito's ****ed up face with being Madara. So when Obito revealed himself again to Kisame in 404, obviously he would call him Madara. Didn't read the second half and feel no need to, thread is a fail.

in obitos flashback, young madara looks just like long haired evil obito anyway.

This is as simple as Kisame never saw Madara's face, Obito manipulated the Mizukage and showed his face to Kisame, Kisame recognized him as Madara some years after in Akatsuki.
