One of the best series i ever watched

Yes, it is indeed, both the first and brotherhood, i didn´t like how Kimblee died in the second series and how there was barely a fight, he got killed by his own henchmen, thats no way to die, especially being so stylish and everything.
If he was gonna die it should´ve been after a big fight against Alphonse or Scar.
But i like how his character wrapped up when he helped Ed defeat Pride.
Maybe it´s just me but i had high expectations from Kimblee the moment his character got introduced.

I dont know what to say, i just love the series, i have barely any critisicm aside from when it came to Solf J Kimblees death and Fathers death, Father should definitely NOT have been beaten by Edward, i´m sure Edward wouldn´t be able to do that do King Bradely or Wrath and Father is supposed to be his creator/leader/father in other words stronger.


But i loved the story and Ed´s confession at the end.

No series ending has quite hit me like dbz and fma´s ending felt so nostalgic it was the closest next to dbz in terms of good ending.

Also, you might want to watch more series to get a stronger opinion of exactly where dbz and fairy tail stand, dbz is on the top but alot of series challenge it and some equal it indeed, try Yu yu hakusho, my nr1 series next to one piece, both those series might have you reconsider having dbz as 1 and definitely remove fairy tail from nr 2.

It did seem like Kimblee would be fighting a greater battle than he did in the end, but that's how it went and I don't think it is unfair or so, just our expectations that tells us otherwise.
BUT, he was a pretty damn awesome character, gotta love Hiromu for that!
I didn't really think the first anime series could compare to the original story, the original is easier to follow somehow.

Hands down one of the best.

However, yes, it was my expectation, the man wrecked havoc in the ishvalan war, he had a philosopher stone, got locked in jail supposedly to be executed and all that time he wasn´t even the least bit worried, he reminded me of gold roger for some reason, always smiling not a care in the world.
Then he got out, he was supposed to be Scar´s big target + that speech he gave Mustang, how do you not expect him to play a big role? Sure, he was bound to die but not like that man.
A Tiger biting his neck and thats it, it was his henchman and that thing together with the gorilla couldnt do shit to edward.
