We can't even begin to answer this unless we get more info on what he means. "Special weapons"? Special weapons of what?

If he's talking about 5 "special weapons" that the Vandenreich need to be cautious of then I'd like to think Kenpachi is one of them. Their Bankai theft wouldn't work on him so he'd have to be beaten by brute force - good luck with that.

Also, from what Kirge said I also think Ishida is another weapon. Apparently he has some latent power within him stronger than that of Kirge.

Perhaps the rest of the special weapons are like Ichigo maybe another is his hollow or his Zanpaktou maybe it's someone else's Zanpaktou possibly it is Isshin who knows I'm sure all will be explained in time despite how frustrating it is.
