am i required to follow the battle ranking when creating an RP bio? i have two characters, one depicted as a jounin, and the other a special jounin. as far as my NB profile goes, my post count places me at chuunin, so does that mean my character must remain chuunin and lower?

Your rank is whatever your post count rank is. So since your bar says Chuunin, all your bios right now should be chuunin.
