First of all, same as always minato's skill is way too good. Minato was stopped from being summoned when oro and third hokage were fighting. If minato would have been summoned then, the third hokage wouldn't have been able to seal oro arms. he wouldn't have lasted even seconds. It was for the sake of the naruto story that minato was stopped from being summoned. Now for the sake of naruto story, minato had his arm torn off because he would have been too unstoppable with his two arms. He had his other arm torn off so that naruto plays a big role in saving everyone.

now minato will have to use ftg to get everyone out of there kakashi gaara sakura to a safe location where madara can not sense him and do something special to save naruto

Everyone is talking how powerful the S6OP is but madara is not the SO6P, he is just host of the ten tail demon. The SO6P was an individual who was able to tame the ten tail demon. The creator and most powerful ninja. He didn't need those tailed demons to be powerful. So who is stronger than the ten tail demon is the SO6P himself. We will find out soon why naruto and sasuke doesn't need the tailed beast to be stronger same way why the SO6P didn't need the ten tail demon.

Minato couldn't be summoned back then, because he was sealed inside the Reaper Death Seal.
