But he loses all 3T abilities such as precog and genjutsu, and his left side is blindsided.
Also he can't use chidori as effectively.

Yeah, even sasuke used the chidori when he was going blind, and was still able to stalemate naruto's rasengan. Kakashi should have no problem using the raikir w/o the sharingan.
