Well Haku living could have been him being absorbed into Konoha and given a new purpose...would have been really cool!

Kisame and Kakuzu should have lived so that they enter the war as pseudo Generals

Kakuzu going to fight the Second Division (that way the second division got screen time and actually strong opponents to fight) and Kisame to lead the water assault would have been epic.

Also, Hiashi dying instead of Neji would have been interesting. Seeing the father that hated her dying for her as well as dying for Naruto (someone he origionally treated as an outcast/refused to let Hinata associate with) would have been dramatic in its own way as Neji's was as well.

Most characters died for a reason, so I'd rather avoid trying to take away something of meaning from this series.

That said, Haku was damn young and had a pretty sad life. He was both talented and kind-hearted, right? He could've actually made something of himself, if he had been given the opportunity.
