I think Toriyama mentioned before that she didn't want to confuse her transformation with that of SSJ so they left her out of DBZ

I agree about Launch.
It would be nice to see her in an episode like Arale.

Who knows. Maybe they have such an episode or a couple, planned for Launch.

That would be enough though.
I dont think that she should return as full time character in super though, like for example Chichi is.
