1. He went up against 20 elite ninja(i am guessing kakashi's level)
2. He was the best known suiton user
3. He created Edo Tensei
4. He was a senju
5. He was the 2nd hokage
6. He had decent S/T Justus

1. And we have no idea how it went down, for all we know he was killed almost instantly.
2. Hype.
3. And we have no idea which Edo's he was able to summon, or the level of their power.
4. Yes, but that doesn't tell us much other than that he has good Chakra reserves.
5. Tsunade is a Hokage, yet she loses to most people in the NV that have been granted the same title.
6. And we didn't know how it worked.

All in all, pretty much all of the things you mentioned were either useless hype, or facts too vague to prove that he was among one of the strongest in the NV. I'm not saying he isn't, I'm just saying that your points here don't hold much ground.

2. He only used like what, one suiton jutsu in the manga?
3. Great, never seen using it

I agree I hate bandwagons. I have always been a tobirama fan so it makes me look bad when i say something good about tobirama now (although I always have) cuz now im a "bandwagon too" I just like the way he handles situations calmly and effieciently, taking crap off of nobody not even the first (up to a point). He has always had the bad ass aura man. Lol

Half of his feats came from current chapters before that he was as hyped as god of shinobi hiruzen.
