you cant compare DBZ with naruto, simple as that

1) Piccolo + Gohan + Goku > Radditz
2) Android 18 +17 > Gohan (although movie but still Gohan soloed individually , justnot as a team.)
3) Goku + 18> Advanced 17 (GT)
4) Goku + Vegita + Satan > Kid Buu
5) Goku + Vegeta + Fodders > Broly etc.
There are many examples. But it is seen that in combo in DBZ, characters still get negged. IMO that is due to speed .In DBZ ( with exception of SSJ2) , speed increases with power. Now the person with increased speed solos his opponents. In Naruto, both RM Naruto and Rinnegan Sasuke almost have the same speed as Kaguya ( only a little slower). Therefore they are able to attack in tandem. In DBZ , speed increased to the point where one person cannot evn see his opponent. That is the reason IMO
